Susan Davis

Vice President & Chief Operations Officer

Susan R. Davis was appointed Chief Operations Officer for the Cleveland Ohio based 4KIDS Program Consultants and Development Group Inc. in 2003. In that capacity, she provides direction for the operations of policy; consultant policies; financial budgeting, and business plan development assistance; consultant and partner training; company services including records and program registrations, Finance, and interdisciplinary affairs.

In 1990 she was appointed Youth Leader of the East Chestnut Street Church of Christ in Fort Wayne, Indiana and then in 1998 Youth Director of the Forest Hill Church of Christ in Cleveland Heights Ohio. As a Youth Director she developed summer job programs, conducted tutoring sessions, field trips, other activities and programs.

In 1997 she received her Masters Degree from Indiana State University in Occupational Safety and Health and Minor in Business Administration. Additionally with over 18 years experience as an Occupational Health and Safety professional and extensive EHS experience, as well as risk management, workers compensation studies, program set-up, organizational development, safety system design and implementations, project management, audits and facility skill assessments. She has successfully led many Health Safety and Environmental projects, process improvement projects, and start-up program

Ms. Davis also serves in the capacity of V.P. of Operation of the 4KIDS Leadership Endowment Foundation located in Cleveland, Ohio. She directs the foundations operations in program development and community involvement activities. Her Foundation career is called upon to manage consultant activities and projects on an ongoing basis. Other employers have includes Pillsbury, Indiana Bell, American Electric Power, Avery Dennison, Alcoa, Howmet TMP, Diamond Safety Group, and The J.M. Smucker Company.
